Amazing customer service!!! My 3rd visit to the deli for lunch, I realized my order was incorrect once I made back to work. Ms. Tina arranged for someone to bring my correct order to my workplace. I was shocked and so were my colleagues, we will be ordering from them in the future. Good food, atmosphere and great customer service!

I ordered the BLT. It was disappointing. I did get crisy bacon, but the lettuce was turning brown and hardly anything on there. One slice of tomato on the whole sandwich. Definitely not with $8.99 For an additional $2.99 I was able to get a decent pickle and chips .

The sandwiches are just like the name, DELISH! I've been here 3 times now and have always been happy with the quality of the meats and portions. I'm not a pastrami or corn beef girl but I highly recommend the Guido and Chicken Salad. The western fries are cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. The staff is friendly and fast. The homeade chips are also very good, very crunchy.

Ordered via grub hub and didn’t get the entire order and when we called, the restaurant was closed and the call went right to voicemail and the box was full!!! The order in grub hub said one thing and the receipt from the restaurant said another!! Either way… we paid for things that we didn’t receive… and three days later… no response! The photo on the left looks like it could serve two given the price… the photo on the right was what we received!! The sandwiches were great but everything else is misleading! We won’t be back!

I got the worst pit beef sandwich I've ever eaten from the food truck this past weekend. The meat was hopelessly dry and the bark was pure carbon. There was a big thick black hair in the onions and the fresh toppings available were just baking in 85+ degree heat with nothing keeping them cool. Big waste of $15.

We came in for sandwiches on a rainy Friday afternoon. The place was empty. The teen staff looked bored and stand-off-ish, but when spoken to, they quickly put on a smile. The restaurant was cold but we dined in. Side note: Washed my hands before eating. The restroom was tiny. The Ol'Reliable and Opell were great sandwich choices.

We've been getting carryout for several years now, and it's always good. Don't sleep on their wings--they're surprisingly good. My wife loves their shrimp salad.
