Visited last week for dinner. They are only focused on serving to couples and family’s. People who have come alone are made to wait for indefinite time. There is no one to welcome you, provide you a table, nothing. When I asked this to the manager, he talks soo arrogantly asking me to talk politely after they wasted my time for nearly 20 min. None of the staffs even asked me what I want. This is a third grade restaurant who doesn’t know what hospitality is about. They think people will anyway visit their restaurant. I would suggest people to visit a restaurant where they are welcomed and treated well.

I recently dined at Ishta Restaurant and had an exceptional culinary experience. The South Indian dosa was crisp, flavorful, and perfectly complemented by the array of chutneys and sambar. The Malai Broccoli, with its creamy marinade, was a delightful twist on a classic dish, offering a unique blend of textures and flavors.

The highlight for me was the Kothu Parota, which was a harmonious mix of spices, vegetables, and parota, creating a symphony of flavors in every bite. The Mudda Pappu Avakai Annam, a traditional Andhra dish, was an absolute treat, combining the comfort of lentils with the tangy kick of mango pickle, all perfectly balanced with rice.

The Paneer Tikka was another standout, with the paneer cubes marinated to perfection and grilled to achieve a smoky, succulent taste. Each dish was prepared with great attention to detail and showcased the rich culinary heritage of South India.

The service was prompt and courteous, and the ambiance of the restaurant was warm and inviting. Overall, Ishta Restaurant provided an unforgettable dining experience with its remarkable food and excellent service. Highly recommended for anyone looking to indulge in authentic South Indian cuisine.

Great vegetarian food. Neat decor and ambiance. Can get noisy though. Service is courteous. Valet parking available.

Did not get Pesarattu! After ordering and waiting for 20 minutes, we were told to change our order to something else other than Pesarattu. They have around eight different types of chutneys, all of them very flavorful. And podi with oil / ghee as well.

Good Ambience. Good Food. Good Service. Food is tasty but very costly. The starting price of Dosa is 135/-. Starting price of Idly is 95/-. This restaurant is more or less like Chutneys. They provide 6 chutneys and chilli powder. Taste is good. Valet parking is available. It's located on Gandipet main road.

Food is excellent, no second thoughts, but the service at Gachibowli needs to improve by leaps & bounds especially for the cost & standards. Otherwise if the price can be bought down & a little shabby ambience may do justification to the present service. A little more warmth, caring & service needs to look customer as people & serve beyond normal, monotonous, routine chores with some personal touch would set things right
